With the move to Iotivity-Lite, the WES feature must be implemented in Lite.

OSWG Weekly CC April 1, 2019:
user
reports that there is some work done on WES in the Samsung branch (enrollee only), but that there is no substance around the mediator code.  Kishen plans to implement WES in Lite but it is not clear yet when it reaches the top of his TODO list... best guess is late April to align with the Lite-based OTGC release.

user
commented that the CTT is testing only the enrollee functionality for WES.  CWG will probably need to create TCs to validate the mediator functionality.  Ed and Mitch to take offline.

Please note that work on this feature is ongoing on the "wes" branch of IoTivity Lite.
