Stable isotope data of invertebrates off the Southern California Borderland

I am working with stable isotope (d13C, d15N) data of invertebrates associated with phosphorites and ferromanganese crusts off the Southern California Borderland. I need help with uploading the dataset to OBIS.

The raw data is a file with stable isotope values of invertebrates.

Post-workshop update: I was able to create my occurrence table and eMoF table (pivot_longer() worked great!), check species names using the WoRMS package in R, and did some data cleaning. I'm wrapping up my PhD, but after my defense I'll have more time to dedicate to this and will continue this work then. Thanks for the help!!
