SV details

This is a UI issue that should be resolved by people who are better at UI than me. Click on an SV and the SV details card appears. This card typically blocks the view of some of the SVs, especially if you have multiple samples. You have to close this panel to see the variants, but it isn't obvious to me that you have to click the ellipsis to bring it back. Should this just be a card below the SV visualization (like gene.iobio)? You would have to scroll down to see all the details, but at least we're not covering other visualizations and forcing users to close and reopen the details card.
