Favorite SVs

@AlistairNWard suggested that we could allow the user to create a list of "favorites" or interesting SVs that they have found.

I this this is a great idea. It goes along with the theme of "remembering" which you looked at as well. So you can remember the ones that had something interesting to you and get them sorted to the top or filtered if the user wants to.
