View a single variant from Mosaic

Could we launch sv.iobio for a variant of interest? If I'm in Mosaic and have some SVs in the variant table, it could be useful to use sv.iobio as a viewer for that variant. If launched from a variant, you can get the variant from the Mosaic variant id and then zoom sv.iobio directly to this variant.

I think this is definitely do-able, not really that much work on the app side of things. Depends maybe on the workflow of the user whether they will like/use it or not?
