Use the updated types from `@iobroker/types`

- instead of old types from `@types/iobroker`
- You can make them public available e.g. via this trick https://github.com/ioBroker/adapter-core/blob/bba41042af4775c953e56982c8e579013a3418ec/package.json#L65 to make it 100% compatible with the current approach, as IDE will treat it like a real `@types` package.
