We should add some of the Bootstrap-classes to be able to print sites correctly (via LESS of course). see http://getbootstrap.com/css/#responsive-utilities-print for the naming.

As an example the header, sidebar and footer should be hidden (at least partly). However, we should decide, which parts should be printed or hidden exactly.
