Add Stock as a Manufacturer Part not a Supplier Part

I thought that I saw the ability to add a new stock item as either a Supplier or a Manufacturer part in a previous version of Inventree, but I'm not seeing it now in version 0.16.2.

We're just an engineering group, so we don't plan on using the sourcing side (PO's, Suppliers, etc.) of Inventree. For that reason (and that we have existing stock on-hand), I'd like to add stock as Manufacturer Parts instead of Supplier Parts. Is there any way to do that?
