With some hiccups around the proper tag to use for the icamerasrc, I was able to build the stack with some workaround in a way that the ximagesink shows the camera feed.

It appears some v4l2 loopback and relayd work is missing to get this to full fruition. At least we know the camera device is working on Ubuntu 23.04 in general. Now we only need to solve the "detail" of making it available to actual applications wanting to use it.
