Request to add branch misprediction ratio on Intel

Branch misses and branches are already collected by perf-stat and are core events. Can the ratio "branch-misses/branches" be added as an event on Intel collection metrics? This is an absolute metric and cannot be compared to the one in the TMA.

BR_INST_RETIRED.ALL_BRANCHES
BR_MISP_RETIRED.ALL_BRANCHES

Misprediction Ratio = BR_MISP_RETIRED.ALL_BRANCHES / BR_INST_RETIRED.ALL_BRANCHES

That is correct and should be consistent across all architecture types, this one hasnt changed in a while.
