The final menu bar should be similar to:

Changes:

Add fa-ticket with tooltip 'Create new ticket' instead of the current orange button 'New ticket'
Change the date format in rt to show only the date without the time
Change the date format in both rt and history to dd MON yyyy
Add tooltip 'Resolve ticket' on the green tick

Maybe for the date format it could do the fancy "5 minutes ago"/"5 days ago" thing?
