Creation of a new record from scratch

Allow creating a new document from scratch.

NOTES:

• Record template in ng2-json-editor is equivalent to applying the correct config (which has x_editor_always_show) so the fields needed will be shown in the editor.

• Import functionality is needed:

FYI: As long as correct schema, correct config and an empty record. are passed, this task shouldn't need any extra work on ng2-json-editor

I can start working on this but what I need is final UI and (optionally) more complete config for all subtypes and types. Config is also good to have for #183
