Clicking anywhere in the area of a text field cell should enable focus

I just tested the Live Demo from the Readme, and nearly one out of every two clicks I made was not having the expected effect.

In the example from the Gridforms homepage, when you click anywhere in a cell, including the label, it focuses the text field and you can start typing. In the Live Demo here, you must click exactly on the text field, otherwise it does nothing and there is not even a cursor change to indicate that you are hovering the wrong area.
