PR 181 includes a Pittsburgh config that allows the pipeline to run for that city completely, using crash data sourced from https://data.wprdc.org/dataset/allegheny-county-crash-data

Closing as stale, any Pittsburghers (Pittsburghites?) want to revive this, it seems like it's close to the finish.
