dnsmasq fails to update dns ip address if docker is restarted #5

When docker service is restarted, dnsmasq stops updating the IP address for new containers, and dns entries shows stale values

Implemented same in RHEL 7 on aws, and didn't faced the issue so far. will need to check during restarts
