Button: On soho widget header cannot be properly be disabled

Describe the bug
Soho button on widget header cannot be disabled visually when adding attributed disabled

To Reproduce

1. Go here https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/cards/example-workspace-widgets.html
2. Select one of the + icons and add disabled in the inspector
3. Button is not clickable but it does show as visually disabled

Expected behavior
Button should be visually disabled
