How to assign users and roles

Hi there,

I was trying to understand the codebase for contribution purpose. I couldnt found where we have the authentication , authororization. and how to configure it. Can someone please help me.
suppose i have installed and stated up a server instance in admin mode. now I want give read permission other user. how can we do it? We do have cluster manager I saw , do we also have user manager or something?
