Getting started - Essentials section on homepage

I would like to propose to rework the Getting started paragraph on the homepage. I suggest to rename the current "Getting started" paragraph to "Exploring tutorials" and add a new "Getting started" (or alternatively "Essentials" paragraaph - with associated essentials tag?) along the following lines:

• Getting started with R

@aaikedw in #262 @ElsLommelen suggested that the overview page of INBO software would also best be highlighted on the homepage, to become more visible. That would probably fit well in the Essentials section. What do you think?
