[Feature] Ability to set a local and a public IP address to connect to the server

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In Home-Assistant you can set the public IP and local IP and with the local IP you can set one or more WiFi networks where when you connect to them it uses the local IP address of your server which could be faster than using the remote IP especially for uploading photos. So I would like to have a similar interface and then a setting too to sync the photos when you are on your local network using the local IP.
I attached a picture of the interface in Home-Assistant to show how it could be presented to the user.
