Hello. I am a new user and wanted to see, if Kaibu is capable of visualizing a 3-color 3D dataset. I tried for an hour or so, but could not find any documentation that addressed issues such as
How to load any data into ImJoy. I tried uploading a zip file via the "Files" menu on ImJoy desktop, but that did not work and there was no error message. How can data be imported into ImJoy without setting up some server structure etc.?
If I load each color channel in the standalone https://kaibu.org/#/app version as a separate layer, then the 3d display gets out of sync and the overlay is therefore useless.
If I use the default (unfortunately a 2D-) color-image, I was unable to change the assignment of the colors. I expected a separate color channel for each of the (apparently 4?) channels that the histogram displays, but these are all gray and I did not find a way to change it.
The input data probably does not have the correct XZ aspect for pixels. Can this be adjusted in Kaibu or via any other ImJoy pluging?
I could find the API documentation but did not find any how-to documentation from a user perspective.
Can someone point me to such a documentation or help me getting started?
