and thanks for the feedback. As far as I am aware, we support up to Java Version 17. I remember there being some internal discussion that there was another major change in the new versions of jdk that affects some of our groovy and java classes, but i do not remember which version that was.

So thanks for bringing this up. I will leave this open for now, so that others can see the issue (and perhaps just run scipio with JDK 17) and we will come back to it soon.
