-While looking into #150 I have noticed that our tables look very bland. I guess we might want to improve our CSS style a bit to allow for tables that are more easily readable, maybe something like this here (default gh style):

Header 1 Header 2
Row 1 Row 1
Row 2 Row 2

@emilmelnikov , would one simply steal GH css and add it to our ilastik.css?

Add Bootstrap classes to Markdown tables

Markdown tables are generated without any classes, but Bootstrap
requires adding `.table` classes in order for a table to be styled.
