Remove the "jar-with-dependencies" artifact

It is possible to use the library as a command line tool. Several classes implements public static void main. See #3 for the list of classes. There is no documentation outside the source code itself on how to use these.

If we'd like to support the command line use, we should make a separate module depending on this one instead of creating the "jar-with-dependencies" artifact.
