Add Scroll To Top Button

Hello Sir,
It might be simple but I guess a button to directly scroll to the top of the page from anywhere on the page, should be present here.

I would like to take this opportunity to add this scroll to the top button.
Kindly assign me this issue under contribute-a-thon'21.

As I have already solved this just for learning purpose.
