Describe the problem requiring a solution

AI has enough movement points to capture the castle and jump on board.

I suppose the hero is triggered by some threat to his castle or something like that and just rushes to that point.

Describe the possible solution

AI could use his movement points for some actions before boarding not to waste them. In this particular case, the castle is empty. AI can also pick up some resources, visit objects or battle someone even he is planning to board on the current turn.
