Bash scripts aren't executable by default

Did we miss setting bash scripts executable by default? If a developer clones the repository they need to manually set execution flag for the scripts.

IIRC these scripts do not need to be run on a regular basis at all, they are run once to install dependencies using bash script.sh. But, if you want, you may grant the execute permission to them :)
