Combat screen, add a bouton to extend the logs area to the top of the screen

I suggest adding a button, for example in the middle of the bar at the top of the frame, to extend the logs area to the top of the screen (or to the top of the window in higher resolutions) to allow for more comfortable consultation when necessary.
The same button also allows you to reduce the logs area.

In fheroes2:
