Castle screen, Castle Construction screen and Hero screen, allow to use the mouse wheel to change the castle/hero screens

In fheroes2, it would be nice to allow to use the mouse wheel, on the whole screen area, to change the castle/hero screens.

• Mouse wheel up scrolls through the previous screens (same as the left arrow button).
• Mouse wheel down scrolls through the next screens (same as the right arrow button).

(Currently, it is possible to do it with the "right arrow" and "left arrow" keys in the Castle screen and in the Hero screen, but not in the Castle Construction screen.)
