URN NBN resolver changed its redirect URL

It seems that the URN NBN resolver at https://nbn-resolving.org had a change in the type of redirect URL it supports and since then URN NBN links do no longer correctly resolve on identifiers.org.

Example: https://identifiers.org/nbn:urn:nbn:de:bvb:12-bsb00069326-5

This leads to https://nbn-resolving.org/resolver?identifier=urn:nbn:de:bvb:12-bsb00069326-5&verb=redirect which no longer works.
Instead using https://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:bvb:12-bsb00069326-5 seems to work correctly.

Could this please be adapted? Thank you.

I fixed it based on your example and NBN examples at https://nbn-resolving.org/gui/examples.
Could you have a look and close this issue if everything seems good.
