Broken Gene Ontology references

Hi,

We have noticed that the Gene Ontology references in identifiers.org are broken as the Gene Ontology has restructured its github repository.

• Failing example: https://identifiers.org/GO_REF:0000003, which points to: https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/blob/master/metadata/gorefs/goref-0000003.md, which gives Error 404.
• Suggested update: https://geneontology.org/GO_REF/0000003

It seems the Gene Ontology pages are no longer built by static markdown files, but dynamically generated based on a yaml file in the repository, which would not allow direct linking.
