Feature: allow to toggle suspend/resume #140

Would like some way to toggle suspend/resume status. Ideas:

Add a "toggle" command
Add a "status" command that would show the status. This would allow more control from a script. Could probably also use it to show an indicator in an xfce panel.

The status command in your patch works fine. The toggle command kills the process.
