What needs to be done

Build a configurable node js backend that relays prices to the ICON pyth oracle

Acceptance Criteria

Oracle should deliver prices from two criterias.
Price it to old
Price change to much

Where these should be configurable

Ex every 5 mins or if price changed more than 0.05%
