Since the position of the holes for the switches is known, there should be possible to add a utility that places the footprints of the switches on a flexible PCB according to the geometric layout of the keyboard halves.
0.6 mm thick pcb may also be used if its flexible enough.

Output to pdf file or *.KICAD_PCB as its easy to manipulate so LED connections and so on can be added.
