Cloud Functions Doc link is broken in multiple pages

In "Migrating IBM Cloud Functions to Code Engine", the first link to "IBM Clound Functions" is broken(https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/openwhisk), it is taking to "page not found". Please correct the link.
