Populate homepage with all the services that are enabled

It would be kind of neat if the SHB would (optionally) reference all enabled services in services.homepage-dashboard

A little bit like I did here, but automatically https://github.com/tbaumann/nix-conf/blob/main/common/services/homepage.nix

https://gethomepage.dev/ can even do some rudimentary service monitoring and has widgets for a lot of used services. Since SHB knows the secrets a lot of the widgets could auto-configure.
