  • self-links to paragraphs
  • based on simple numbering system, not semantic/heading

The canonical way – without much extra \labeling – is to use, e.g., \hyperlink{subsubsection.1.3.4.1}{Volume~I, Section~III.D.1}, using the automatically created label from main.toc.

Obviously, this is a huge task.

Note that this is heavily involved with issue #68; in case of moving the whole toc stuff one level up, the auto-generated labels will also change!

Cross-linking between volumes 1 and 2 almost requires a monolithic pdf.
