Expected Behavior

notistack installs without warning.

Current Behavior

Yarn Modern warns about a missing peer dependency:

➤ YN0002: │ notistack@npm:3.0.1 [cf7a2] doesn't provide csstype (p96778), requested by goober

Steps to Reproduce

Install notistack in a project using Yarn Modern.

Context
