Portfolios Of Interesting People

Users' may desire to track popular, or machine-learned as reliable, ticker-mentioners. Leverage work done for #56 and hook into reddit result-set to update portfolios labeled with userIds from the scrape-source (praw/reddit)

Undecided on the name, needs feedback 😂 -- Portfolios of Interesting People - POIPeses 🐬

Notes

  • Every time a person of interest mentions a stock, add to the POI
