Cannot upload an image because "Save" button is missing

Hi,

I cloned the repo and I'm using the master branch. When creating a post (all types), I can press the "Image" button in the toolbar, but in the popup window, there's no "Save" button. Hence, I cannot add an image to the post.

I have looked in the settings.py files available and I changed PAGEDOWN_IMAGE_UPLOAD_ENABLED to True in the root folder. All other settings.py files have this already set to True. This did not help.

Is this a setting I'm overlooking ?
