Relocated content sends notification of new content each time relocation happens

I've seen this a few times but I'm seeing it more clearly now and have a chance at recording it. This post was first added as a comment, then relocated to an answer and then relocated back to a comment. I got three notifications, one for each action. All of them are identical, so it seems like seidel wrote three different posts, but hovering on the comment shows the same link, so it's the notification system, not the user.

Thanks for letting us know, this happens because messages are triggered on every save() action.
We will mitigate this by updating fields on relocation instead of calling save()
