Enable support for experimental or future iTrace Plugins

When importing XML files from a directory, if the plugin file is not from a recognized plugin, Toolkit crashes, though it does appear to write some information to the database.

It would be helpful to support experimental or future plugins by modifying whatever logic checks for a known plugin to provide a better fall-through.
