putting the extension on chrome webstore

How will the chrome plugin be installed? Do we need an installer for the release?

This is what I've found so far.

Most of it is based off of this https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/publish/

If you are not already a chrome web store developer there is a five-dollar registration fee.

You could defer publishing if you wanted to finalize some work but still get reviewed/the majority of the code reviewed.

I spoke to someone who did this recently, and they heard back within three business days for comments with some changes they needed to make. They will need assets for their listing and I believe this was a few images possibly including screenshots.

I will create a dev account with the iTrace email. Then @TrNiTu needs to take the lead on moving this forward along with @lauraderowitsch
