wiki中的文档太旧了。新版本已经没有高级设置中的本地规则选项。
我的做法是导入规则，然后把规则的前面标识点成绿色。但规则并没有起作用，我该怎么做呢？

自定义hosts文件是什么格式，是否必须是utf8呢
文本内容如下是否支持：

文件名：test.txt

127.0.0.1 baidu.com

正常的话会提示loading 了多少条 rules
