If includeOther prefix is used, the "All" list should prefer the version that has no prefix #3

Seems like if I had configured a prefix so that "The Willows Journal" shows under W, then when I look at All, I expect that it would prefer to show the W version of this.

I like the fact that it doesn't show duplicates in the All list. I also like the option of having the item show up in both T list and W list. However, if there is a prefix (stop word, etc), that suggests that the T is the secondary place to find this entry, and W is the primary.

I would expect that W would be the default location when viewing All, but that a configuration option could exist to allow me to opt in for showing the entry under T instead.
