Extract Lithoglyph / GNPL / Glyphbase content into reserved repos (history-preserving)

Reservation repos exist (lithoglyphdb, gnpl, glyphbase); content still in nextgen-databases/lithoglyph/.

• Disentangle GNPL (the GQL-dt query language) from LithoglyphDB (the store) — a design decision, not mechanical
• Migrate LithoglyphDB core -> hyperpolymath/lithoglyphdb (history-preserving subtree split)
• Migrate GNPL/GQL-dt -> hyperpolymath/gnpl
• Migrate glyphbase -> hyperpolymath/glyphbase (own repo, owner-decided)
• Remove the lithoglyph/ subtree + update this parent
  Context: the prior 'lith monorepo' was an unauthorised agent fabrication (corrected in docs: correct false lithoglyph tombstone (no lith monorepo) #44).
