Move the documentation for disabling features to the bottom of each page

I recurring pattern I've noticed is that many documentation pages document how to disable a feature before documenting the feature itself. It's strange to give such high priority to how to disable a feature.

It would be preferable to move the "how to disable" section to the bottom of every page for consistency and better prioritisation.
