Standardise the flamegraph / icicle graph usage and appearance #375

When viewing the Query Monitor -> AWS X-Ray -> Flamegraph menu on an Altis site, an orange/red coloured flamegraph is shown.

When viewing the same data in the XRay -> Flamegraph menu for a request in the Altis cloud dashboard, a blue/green icicle graph is shown instead.

It would be good to standardise on one or the other so the two tools show the same data in the same format.
