How to deal with music copyrights and costs? #58

This is a sub-issue of #17

Before deciding what music to use in a video, we need to be able to listen to it, link to it, and share it around. Some investigation is required to find the options we have.

We should also try to get some info on the costs that are involved in using popular music, and how that adds up when a video becomes popular.

Maybe 'fair use' of copyrighted content (according to US law) is our best option, since our videos are non profit, somehow educational, and songs segments are there to highlight the point and message we want to convey with the video. Here's the list of best practices in fair use of music in videos.
