Lists of video production companies

This issue is to create a list of selected video production companies, including website links, to whom we will send our RFPs. A good website directory to find such companies in many countries is kftv. Look for "Production Companies", otherwise you will also see a lot of companies that support the video industry (e.g. audio studios, arranging locations, interviewing extras, renting equipment,...), but don't take care of entire projects.

Please contribute here in comments to suggest video production companies in your country (or other countries if you have time to do some research), paying close attention to how professional they look, what their capabilities are (e.g. securing locations, actors, extras,..., pre- and post-production), and ideally references or samples of their previous work.

I will add all your suggestions to this topmost post.
