使用以前的new BMap.Polygon 使广西地图以外地区遮罩没有问题，但new BMapGL.Polygon就出现错乱的情况
这是 new BMap.Polygon的正常情况

使用 new BMapGL.Boundary() 通过名称获取地图的范围坐标
